USER AGREEMENT

All goods and delivery costs must be paid for in full by the customer before goods are dispatched. Fraudulent attempts to obtain goods via unsolicited means are deemed a criminal offence and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. We hold the right to make changes to our prices at any time prior to a contract becoming legally binding.

 

All stock is offered subject to availability. If the items you have requested are not available when your order is processed we will contact you within one working day from receipt of your order. If we are not able to contact you within 5 working days we will refund the total cost paid for your order via the original payment method.

 

RBVentures UK prohibits copying, hacking and any other forms of site misconduct. We hold no responsibility for loss of use resulting from bugs or site coding. Although we take every care to check the content of the site we cannot be held liable for Links or Postings that may become offensive due to a third party.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that all contact and shipping information provided to us is correct, if we notice any errors we will contact you via the email provided. If we are unable to contact you for any reason we will make the decision whether to dispatch your order or cancel your order providing a full refund.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and we will not be responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays.

You must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. RBVentures UK retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase.

 

PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

All promotions or discount codes are for the specified time period only. Any discount codes must be submitted at the time of purchase and cannot be used retrospectively. 

All discounts, coupons and promotions are limited to one per person, per order.

We do not advertise or use third party coupon/discount sites, any discounts available will be via our website or emailed by us directly. 

 

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is only formed between us when we send you a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched. 

 

PRICING AND AVAILABILTY

 

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

 

Delivery costs are charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

 

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made via debit or credit card via SSL Secure Shopping or via PayPal. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
