Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via the contact form, any items need to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

If you wish to cancel your order

 

If you have ordered the wrong item or you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

If your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. 

 

If you have received your order please contact us via the contact form. 

Once your item has been received in a saleable condition we can issue a refund of the product price (and VAT if paid). Please note that you are responsible for paying the return postage and the parcel until it is received by us.

If your item is faulty or damaged

 

We apologise if the item/s you have received are faulty or damaged we understand this can be frustrating, please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible. We can then arrange a replacement product or refund to be sent to you.
