We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday (except bank/public holidays), unless stated otherwise. 

 

All deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail and shipping costs are calculated at checkout (depending on product, weight, quantity etc).

From £1.05 Royal Mail Second Class (usually 2-3 business days including Saturday)

From £1.45 Royal Mail First Class (usually next business day including Saturday) 

From £3.20 Tracked 48 (2-3 business days)

From £3.80 Tracked 24 (next day)

 

Europe Zone 1/2/3 (including Ireland): 

From £3.25 International Standard (usually 3-5 business days)

From £8.65 International Tracked (usually 3-5 business days)

 

World Zone 1: 

From £4.20 International Standard (usually 6-7 business days)

From £9.60 International Tracked (usually 6-7 business days)

 

World Zone 2: 

From £4.20 International Standard (usually 6-7 business days)

From £9.65 International Tracked (usually 6-7 business days)

Notice for EU Customers and why we collect VAT

 

From 1st July 2021 all goods imported to the EU from the UK are now subject to import tax/duties and handling fees, determined by each individual country, which are usually paid by the customer on arrival at the destination country. These can vary significantly depending on the country, please see list below. 

 

This can also cause delays whilst customs are waiting for the customer to pay these fees. 

 

We have signed up to a service called IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) whereby we collect the standard rate VAT at checkout and pay this to the relevant tax authority on your behalf. 

 

By using this service our customers will NOT pay any handling fees (or unexpected charges) and as the VAT has already been paid, items should be fast tracked through customs.
